The University of Montana announced a $300,000 endowment fund for the Kyiyo Pow Wow to ensure UM’s Kyiyo Pow Wow tradition is preserved in perpetuity.
The endowment is being created to recognize the legacy of Chief Earl Old Person, and it will be named in his honor.
