Darrell Brooks sentencing for the deadly Waukesha Christmas parade attack has resumed, with the defendant's mother and grandmother making statements in support of Brooks.
Both women discussed mental illness with regards to Brooks, and his own grandmother told the judge that "Darrell has lost his mind."
