Trans Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine wants to normalize "gender affirming care" for children.
When these people say "gender affirming care" they are talking about removing genitals and giving kids puberty blockers and hormones.
Rachel Levine also said that he's glad he waited till he was older to transition.
