U.S.' Military Base 'Attacked By Drone' In Erbil As Iraq PM Seeks To 'Quickly Oust' Foreign Forces

Pro-Gaza and Iran-backed Jihadist groups launched a drone towards a military base hosting the U.S.-led international coalition of forces in Iraq.

The attack was foiled and the drone was shot down near Erbil Airport in Iraq last evening.

The attack comes after Iraq PM called for the immediate ouster of foreign forces from his country amid Israel's raging war on Hamas militants in Gaza.

The U.S. has counted over 100 attacks on its forces since November last year in Iraq and Syria.
