Oklahoma State GOP Chairman Nathan Dahm confirms that while the OKGOP State Committee did hold a meeting to censure GOP Senator James Lankford for his “open border deal,” it was illegitimate since the proper procedures were not followed.
“People are upset.
But I’m just, as chairman, saying that I hear your frustrations but we still have to follow the rules,” says Dahm.
“We can’t devolve into the party of the left where the ends justify the means.”
