Displaced children at camp in Rafah want to live 'in a safe place'

Displaced children living in tents in the southern Gazan city of Rafah take part in activities organised for children by volunteers from the Gaza Smile group.

The Gaza war was sparked by an unprecedented Hamas attack on October 7 that resulted in about 1,160 deaths in Israel.

Israel's retaliatory military campaign in Gaza has killed over 32,000 people, mostly women and children.
