Nigeria: $800m Loan - SERAP Plans Legal Action Against World Bank

[Leadership] Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) says it will sue the World Bank if it fails to suspend the disbursement of the $800 million loan to the federal government for the proposed palliatives to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal on vulnerable Nigerians.
