Alberta's justice minister shuffled to new post after investigation into phone call to police chief

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney has shuffled his cabinet, moving Kaycee Madu to the labour and immigration portfolio. Tyler Shandro takes over from Madu as minister of justice and solicitor general.
