Charges dropped against Ontario officers involved in fatal shooting of toddler in 2020

Criminal charges laid against three Ontario provincial police officers involved in the death of a one-year-old boy in Kawartha Lakes, Ont. back in 2020 were withdrawn during a Monday court appearance.
