Brisbane Airport safety checks ‘circumvented’ before aborted take-off

Australia’s air safety watchdog has criticised Singapore Airlines and on-duty ground crew for lax pre-departure safety checks at Brisbane Airport, after a plane almost took off with vital airspeed sensors covered up.
