San Francisco officials brace for overwhelming demand for resources in fight against COVID-19

San Francisco Mayor London Breed and city medical and emergency officials said at a press conference Wednesday that an anticipated surge in COVID-19 cases could overwhelm local supply for ventilators and hospital beds in the next several weeks without additional support from state and federal agencies.
