The U.S.-Japan Council, made several key leadership changes this week. Following the passing of U.S.-Japan Council's longtime President Irene Hirano Inouye last month before her planned retirement, the council continued with its succession plan, adding Suzanne Basalla, Paul Yonamine and Ernest Higa to its leadership team.
