Cuomo announces that the Buffalo area can begin to reopen

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced in Buffalo this morning that the five-county Western New York region will begin the first phase of its economic reopening on Tuesday.  Cuomo said during a visit to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center that the region has hit the final metric of having enough contact tracers.
