Philadelphia-area counties will move to 'yellow' reopening phase June 5

Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties will move from the red to yellow phase of reopening on June 5, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf announced Friday afternoon.
