Rioters Friday night and early Saturday damaged businesses in Over-the-Rhine, smashing windows and looting stores, as well as breaking windows at the Hamilton County Justice Center. It was the worst unrest Cincinnati has seen since the 2001 riots and came after tense but nonviolent protests earlier in the evening.
