Protesters decry racism outside Atlas restaurants, call for company to drop dress codes

A crowd of about 35 people gathered outside the Choptank in Fells Point and other Atlas Restaurant Group eateries in Harbor East on Friday evening in response to a racist incident that went viral earlier this week.
