A Wentzville man has been indicted on tax evasion charges during his time as owner of an automotive warranty company. Gary Primm Jr., 39, was indicted on one count of failure to file a return or pay tax and two counts of tax evasion, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Missouri. The indictment says Primm owned and operated United Auto Defense in St. Charles, a call center that marketed auto warranties.
