Baltimore restaurants can resume indoor dining on Friday at 25% capacity

Baltimore will allow restaurants to reopen for indoor dining beginning Friday evening after a two-week shutdown of dining rooms in the city. Mayor Bernard C. "Jack" Young put a pause on indoor dining July 24 amid rising coronavirus case counts.
