Federal accident investigators say they do not plan to investigate the death of a worker at a Texas airport because the local medical examiner has ruled the death a suicide. A 27-year-old ground worker died Friday night when he was sucked into an engine of a jet that had just landed at San Antonio International Airport. The National Transportation Safety Board said Monday that based on information from the Bexar ("Bare") County medical examiner's office, there were no safety issues with the Delta Air Lines plane or the airport. The man was employed by a Delta contractor.
