Quebec prosecutor's office to decide on possible charges against Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin

A branch of the military police has finished its investigation into an allegation of misconduct involving Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin and is referring the matter to a Crown official to decide whether criminal charges should be laid.
