New York City opening mass COVID-19 vaccination site at Queens' Citi Field

The new site will give preference to Queens residents, along with taxi drivers and food service workers, Mayor Bill de Blasio said. State residents qualifying for the vaccine due to health conditions will be able to book appointments Feb. 14.
