Delhi riots: HC notice to politicians over alleged hate speeches

The Delhi HC on Monday sought the stand of several politicians, including BJP’s Anurag Thakur, Kapil Mishra, Parvesh Verma and Abhay Verma; Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi of Congress; and deputy CM Manish Sisodia, on a batch of petitions seeking their prosecution for alleged hate speeches in the run-up to the February 2020 riots that killed over 50.
