Ajay Mishra case: HC defers hearing of UP plea

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Tuesday deferred hearing till October 17 on the criminal appeal filed by the Uttar Pradesh government against acquittal of Union minister Ajay Mishra alias Teni in the Prabhat Gupta murder case that had taken place in Lakhimpur Kheri in 2000.
