Farmers, khap leader garlanded after coming out of jail in Haryana's Jind

On April 3, 2022, farmers and khap leaders blocked Patiala Delhi national highway near Uchana town following which police booked 16 farmers. The local court declared PO all farmers and sought their property details as well. After the move, 8 farmers appeared before the court which sent them in judicial custody after which they came out from jail on Friday.
