Chaos after ferris wheel stuck mid-air in Delhi's Narela, 20 rescued

A major tragedy was avoided when a ferris wheel at a fair in Narela, Delhi, malfunctioned and stopped mid-air. Delhi Fire Services rescued 20 people, including women and children, who were trapped on the wheel. Firefighters used ropes to physically move the swing and safely deboard the individuals.
