Chhattisgarh Assembly polls: Congress leading on six seats, BJP on five seats

The initial trends in Chhattisgarh show that the ruling Congress Party is leading on six assembly seats while the Bharatiya Janata Party leads on five as the counting of votes proceeds. Congress candidates Rathiya, Patel, Dhruw, Chhabra, and Raj are leading in early trends. BJP's Kashyap is leading from Narayanpur. The halfway mark for the assembly is 46. The results of assembly polls in four states are being considered as the semifinal before the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
