PIL says Arunachal CM kin favoured for govt contracts; SC seeks state response

Appearing for NGO 'Save Mon Region Federation', advocate Prashant Bhushan told a bench of Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra that award of many public work contracts to the CM's family members and associates required an impartial investigation, either by the CBI or a special investigation team (SIT).
