Women at centre of Congress' 30 lakh new jobs' Lok Sabha poll pledge

Congress’s promise of creating 30 lakh new jobs in the central govt is part of an elaborate plan the party has worked out for women’s empowerment.The ‘Yuva Nyay’ of 2024 manifesto pledges that if voted to power, Congress govt will create 30 lakh new jobs besides giving “assured first job” to youth below 25 years through year-long apprenticeship in private and public companies.
