New infrastructure at Karwar base inaugurated by Navy chief

Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar inaugurated new infrastructure, including a big new dock to berth warships, at the vital Karwar naval base in coastal Karnataka on Tuesday. The complex is being further developed under Project Seabird with the goal of becoming Asia's largest such facility.
