Comcast ending bid for Time Warner merger

Merger between Comcast and Time Warner Cable is falling apart. There has been intense scrutiny from regulators, as the $45 billion deal would have handed Comcast up to 57 percent of the broadband Internet market and 30 percent of pay TV customers.
