Michigan Appeals Court Says Barbershop Must Close Despite Its Protests

In a reverse decision, the Michigan Court of Appeals says barber Karl Manke, who refused to close his shop in defiance of Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's shut-down order, must shutter.
