California Democratic congressman replies to McConnell with a vulgarity on Twitter

In a tweet Tuesday, Rep. Harley Rouda, D-Calif., told Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., to “f--k” off in response to the senator’s tweet blaming democratic leadership for the lack of a new coronavirus stimulus package.
