John Boehner still reserving judgment on VA Secretary Eric Shinseki

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, says he's still not ready to call on Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki to resign over the VA hospital scandal because a resignation would do nothing to fix the problems at the agency.
