Boehner getting closer to asking for Shinseki's resignation

House Speaker John Boehner had to compose himself while describing the VA health care scandal and explaining why he believes someone should be held accountable. VA Secretary Eric Shinseki told CBS News he believes he has the full confidence of the president. Nancy Cordes reports.
