Fourth Stimulus Check Petition Gains 2.5M Signatures; Are Monthly Relief Payments of $2000 for Adults, $1000 for Children Possible?

A Change.org petition that calls for fourth stimulus checks worth up to $1,800 for adults and either $300 or $250 per month for each child has reached 2.5 million signatures. The starter of the petition, Stephanie Bonin, created the call after her restaurant closed down amid the coronavirus pandemic.
