New Mexico sheriff says she won't enforce 'unconstitutional' gun ban: 'Protecting the Second Amendment'

Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen said in a press conference Monday that he will not be enforcing Democratic New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham's recent firearm ban.
