Gov. Ivey signs Alabama absentee ballot crackdown into law: 'Under my watch...no funny business'

Republican Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey announced Wednesday her approval of a bill restricting absentee ballot assistance and criminalizing returns of other people's ballot applications.
