Dr. Giangreco brings a wealth of healthcare experience to AFC, having previously served in senior leadership roles at several major healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining AFC, Dr. Giangreco has served as Chief Medical Officer and other medical leadership roles in several well-regarded healthcare systems and insurance providers, including BlueCross BlueShield of Rhode Island, Cayuga Health System (New York), Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, and Five Star Urgent Care, among others. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior at Cornell University, Dr. Giangreco earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Upstate Medical University in New York. In addition to being a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician, she is also a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a graduate of the Six Sigma Greenbelt training program at Villanova University.
