Auction set for 2000 Duke Street in Alexandria’s Carlyle District

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A 164,407-square-foot office building at 2000 Duke Street in Old Town Alexandria’s Carlyle District will be sold in a foreclosure auction Thursday, May 16, with RealMarkets, a Century 21 Commercial New Millennium team, handling the sale. Old Dominion Trustees, Inc. is the Substitute Trustee. The successful bidder will own the five-story building on approximately 1.6 acres subject to a ground lease. The terms of the ground lease are set forth in an Amended and R
