Rape accused Bishop tests positive for Covid-19

Former Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakkal, who is facing the case of raping a nun in Kerala, has tested positive for Covid-19. On Monday a court in Kottayam cancelled bail granted to him earlier and non-bailable arrest warrant was issued.
