Sources: Colts' Wentz (ankles) to start vs. Titans

Veteran quarterback Carson Wentz, who injured both ankles in Week 2, will start for the winless Indianapolis Colts on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen on Saturday.
