Jeremy Colliton to coach Canada's men's Olympic hockey team for injured Claude Julien

Hockey Canada announced Sunday that doctors have advised head coach Claude Julien not to fly to Beijing with the men's Olympic team after he fell on the ice and broke ribs during a team-building activity at a training camp in Switzerland.
