NHS hero becomes Dunbartonshire's new Lord Lieutenant

Mrs Jill Young MBE who masterminded the Louisa Jordan Hospital and helped established the Covid-19 testing programme takes over as the first female and non-military holder of the Office of HM Lord Lieutenant for the area.
