Woman Finds Decomposing Severed Human Head While Jogging in Florida

A woman taking her usual morning run in Florida came across a horrible sight after she spotted a severed human head at the side of the road. The woman also said that during her jogs over the weekend she has not seen or noticed anything suspicious happening in the area.
