Biden to mourn U.S. COVID-19 deaths in nationwide tribute

With the coronavirus death toll steadily rising, President-elect Joe Biden plans to honor the more than 300,000 lives lost in a nationwide tribute on the eve of his inauguration – which is expected to be a smaller, more subdued celebration.
