After two decades and almost $100 million dollars, Colorado launches a new online unemployment benefits system

It's taken 20 years and almost $100 million for Colorado to create a modern unemployment benefits IT system, but on Sunday the state labor department rolls out its new claims website to the thousands depending on payments to make ends meet during the pandemic.
