Obama to detail U.S. strategy against ISIS

As the U.S. continues to hit ISIS targets in Iraq -- this time near a key dam north of Baghdad -- President Obama says he will expand the military campaign against the terrorist group. The White House says the president will speak to the nation on Wednesday to detail his strategy against ISIS. Julianna Goldman reports.
