Battling Ebola: U.S. to send 3,000 troops to West Africa

President Obama is deploying troops to help fight the Ebola virus outbreak, which has killed about 2,400 people. Obama will speak at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta Tuesday afternoon. Dean Reynolds reports.
