Lawmakers question Obama's pick for Ebola "czar"

Republican critics are questioning President Obama's appointment of Ron Klain to head the government's Ebola response because of his lack of expertise in health care. Obama appointed Klain, a former chief of staff to Vice President Biden, last week. Norah O'Donnell reports.
