Protesters scuffle with police in Chicago

There were scuffles with Chicago PD after hundreds of protesters took to the streets to protest the shooting of a 17-year-old last year by a Chicago police officer. Video of the shooting was released to the public Tuesday, on the same day that murder charges were brought against the officer. CBS News digital reporter Alex Pena reports from the scene.
